Red Crescent Charity donation machines are available in Entrance A Level 3, Entrance B Level 1, and C Level 1. Card Payments only. Donations accepted For Orphans, Charity and Humanitarian cases.

Electric charging stations are available in all mall parking levels namely Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3.
First Aid
Services offered include first aid assistance for minor cuts and injuries with certified first aiders from the security and management team. First Aid office is located in Level 1 Entrance C or G besides A&H store.

Power bank service is a complimentary service; however, AED 200 cash or driver's license or any valid identification cards in the customer’s presence that include their photo and details is required as deposit along with their mobile number.

Prayer rooms are available for Men and Women. Also available is Ablution area, Shoe rack and benches. Friday Juma and Taraweeh Prayer is available. Located in Level 3 Entrance B or C besides OC home.
Security Office (Lost & Found Office)
Services offered include handling lost and found customer items, handling lost children, assisting customers search for their parking locations (Park Assist), assistance with car battery jump start. The security office is located in Level 2 Entrance C besides Al Jaber Optical.
Special parking for Family Pregnant and Electric
Parking is free for all customers with designated parking slots available for pregnant women, families/SUV and electric vehicles. Traffic marshals are available to guide customers accordingly during the mall operating hours.

Valet Service is available at the Main Entrance, options are either VIP or Standard, offered by Val trans Parking Services:

Complimentary wheelchair service is available for People of Determination or other customers who requires it at all the mall entrances. Wheelchairs are subject to availability, and it is on a first come first serve basis.
